Designing and coordinating executive Sustainability Leadership Programme at KU Leuven

Many organizations want to become more sustainable, but lack the theoretical and practical know-how. To tackle this issue, we co-designed an inspiring 4-month executive (part-time) programme for sustainability managers. We blend theory and practice, seminars from professors and workshops from field experts, as well as individual and peer-learning experiences.

Recognizing the challenging environments these professionals navigate, we included a personal leadership track to enable transformation on personal level – as well as an organizational level. At the end participants develop an ambitious action plan, with the objective to make tangible and positive impact in their organizations. Zina co-designed this programme in collaboration with KU Leuven, Jill Peeters, Jorn Craeghs, and Koen Thewissen. After taking charge of coordinating during the first three editions, she has now taken on the role of programme facilitator.
