As a youth empowerment NGO, KIYO asked us to help them refocus their vision and to identify the most impactful leverage points in their work. We custom-designed and facilitated a session for their team and together we found their strategic next steps. The session involved a thorough analysis of their key operations, a systems mapping and visioning exercises. This session happened in the spring of 2023 in took place in Leuven, Belgium.
